Pour vodka and elderflower into shaker with ice. Shake quickly (but not for too long as it will get obver diluted) and strain into a coupette glass. Top with light, dry and floral champagne.

For those of you who tend to prefer a glass of wine to a cocktail, this is for you. The vodka sites under the elderflower notes, allowing them to overlap with the champagne and the zest of the lemon twist.
