Salmon Chowder

Ingredients:

1 onion
1kg Maris Piper potatoes
1â„“ stock
250ml milk
300 – 400g salmon
300g cooked prawns
Parsley
Salt & pepper
Tabasco

Method:

  1. Sweat the onion in the butter
  2. Add the potatoes and stock and cook until the potato breaks up
  3. Add the milk and seasoning, then the salmon and parsley
  4. Stir in the prawns and add Tabasco to taste.
