Tuna Wasabi Burgers |

Ingredients:
500g fresh tuna steaks Mayo 4 burger buns |
Method:
- Make the mayo – combine all the ingredients and keep in the fridge until required
- Place all the burger ingredients in a food processor and whizz until the tuna is chopped up and everything combined, the tuna should be in chunks, not in a paste
- Tip the mixture out and kneed into four patties by hand (can be made 24hrs ahead – wrap in clingfilm to prevent sticking)
- Heat a little oil in a frying pan and cook the burgers for 5min on each side, or on a barbecue.
- Toast the burger buns lightly
To serve build the burgers – bun then burger then rocket then mayo, finished with the top half of the bun
