Method:
Stage 1 – Rub the spice rub into ribs and leave in fridge for 3 hours
Stage 2 - Grill ribs for 3-4 minutes each side
Stage 3 - Bring braising sauce to the boil
- Put ribs in to a roasting pan
- Pour braising sauce over ribs
- Cover with tin foil
- Bake in oven @ 185°C for 1½ hours turning 3-4 times
Stage 4 - Serve with lime
