Fried Chicken Wings |

Method:
Chicken wings- Divide the wings into two parts each at the joint
- Add salt & pepper to taste then toss to coat
- Leave for 5min
- Toss the wings in cornflour, ensuring they are covered
- Tap to knock off excess flour
- Heat the fryer to 150oC
- Fry the wings for 20min
- Take the wings out and put on kitchen paper to drain
- Heat the oil to 170oC
- Put the wings back in for 8min
- Drain on a wire rack
- Add all ingredients to a mini food processer
- Blitz until combined but keeping some chunks of cheese
- Add pepper to taste
