Honey Glazed Carrots |

Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs. carrots, cut into 2 ½ x 1/4 inch strips |
Method:
In medium saucepan, combine water and salt; bring to a boil.
Add carrots. Cover and cook over medium heat until carrots are tender, about 6 minutes; drain.
In large skillet, melt butter, stir in honey.
Add carrots; cook over low heat, stirring constantly until carrots are well glazed. 9 (2/3 cup) servings.
