Spinach crumble |

Method:
- Whiz together in a food processor or liquidiser-type thing. Scatter on baking tray and cook in hot oven until brown and a bit crisp, but not too much.
- Chop and cook the spinach in some butter.
- Put spinach into a dish, cover in grated parmesan, then the breadcrumby mix.
Bake at 150 C for about 20 mins (or until it looks done!)
