Ingredients:

  • 85ml double cream
  • 1tsp wholegrain mustard
  • ½ beef oxo cube
  • Shot of Marsala
  • ½tsp crushed black peppercorns
  • ½tsp crushed green peppercorns
  • And some whole green peppercorns

Method:

Add the cream to a small saucepan and heat
Crumble the oxo cube in and dissolve
Add the wholegrain mustard and peppercorns
Add the Marsala and  stir together
Leave to cool
Warm up before serving
