Ingredients:

35g butter
35g flour
350ml milk (heat in microwave)
Netmeg
Salt and Pepper

35/35/350 is perfect for lasagna for 2

Method:

Melt the butter

Add the flour and netmeg and stir

When the roux has cooked through add all the heated milk

Continue to stir until tickened

Pour into a measuring jug ready to build the lasagna
