Chicken Teriyaki |

Ingredients:
400g chicken thigh fillet (3 fillets)
Salt and pepper
Cooking oil for frying
Spring onion for garnish
Teriyaki Sauce:
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp mirin
2 tbsp sugar
2 clives garlic, grated
1 tsp ginger, grated
Slurry to thicken (1tbsp corn flour, 2 tbsp water)
Sesame seeds

Method:
Mix the teriyaki sauce ingredients
Make a slurry
Season with salt and pepper and cook the chicken
Skin side down to crisp and then trun over (3min per side)
Heat up the sauce and then add slurry, contine to cook until it thickens (low heat)
Add chicken and keep turning
Sprinkle seasea seeds.
Slice chicken and serve on rice with sauce and spring onions to garnish
