Emma & Tom's Salmon Curry

Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets cut into chunks
  • ¼tsp salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • ½tsp turmic
  • ½tsp cayene pepper
  • Plus Rapeseed Oil and ½tsp cumin seeds for cooking

Sauce:-

  • 150ml passata
  • 150ml double cream
  • ½tsp salt
  • ½tsp caster sugar
  • ½tsp garam masala
  • ½tsp cumin
  • 1½tsp lemon juice
  • pinch cayene
  • 1tsp corriander

Method:

Season the salmon with salt, pepper and spices and leave for an hour

Combine the sauce ingredients

Heat a frying pan with a little raspseed oil and add the cumin seeds and then add salmon.

Turn the fish carefully to cook

Add the sauce and simmer for 3-4 minutes until the fish is cooked
